Daria Ghidoni

Daria currently works as Of Counsel at the law firm BonelliErede, within the Healthcare & Life Sciences Focus Team. She advises leading domestic and foreign companies in the healthcare sector on complex regulatory and contractual topics related to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food supplements.

Until 2023, she was Group General Counsel at the multinational pharmaceutical group Recordati. Having led for more than 20 years the legal department, she developed a solid experience in complex M&A/licensing transactions and regulatory topics, as well as in corporate governance of listed companies.

Before joining Recordati, she worked as senior legal counsel for a major European player in the toy industry.

She started her carrier in private practice in 1995, at Ernst & Young Legal department in Milan, advising primary domestic and international clients on a broad range of commercial law and company law matters.

She graduated in law at Universita’ Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, with the highest mark (110/110).
She is admitted to Milan Bar.
She has recently gained a certification in Business Sustainability Management from Cambridge University (Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership)
