- Fabrizio is the founder and CEO of Valere, an independent financial advisory house focused on healthcare (www.valereadvisory.com)
- He has 25+ years’ international experience in Corporate Finance, with main focus on M&A, coupled with a deep knowledge of Equity Capital Markets, Private Equity, Debt Advisory, Turnaround, Valuation and Business Modeling
- Fabrizio has a wealth of international transaction experience, having worked on over 100 transactions (mostly cross-border) worth in excess of €24bn
- In the last ten years he has served as advisor on more than 30 Pharma / Healthcare corporate finance projects for Private Equity funds and corporate clients
- In addition, he has extensive management experience as a key contributor in the start-up of four corporate finance teams in three different organizations
- Before founding Valere, Fabrizio used to run the Italian Life Sciences practice at EY (which he started up) from 2015 to 2021
- Before joining EY in 2012, Fabrizio co-founded and developed for four years DVR Capital, a successful start-up independent merchant bank (2008-2012); prior to that, he has worked for ten years at the Investment Banking Division of Salomon Smith Barney / Citi in London, Sydney and Milan (1998-2008)
- Graduated with Honors in Business Law in 1998 at the Bocconi University in Milan, Fabrizio is a native speaker of Italian, is fluent in English and French and has a working knowledge of Spanish
