Miguel Mutti

Miguel Mutti is a senior executive with 25 years’ experience in general management, business development and M&A, integration and restructuring in the healthcare and pharma industry.
After starting his career in investment banking at Salomon Smith Barney/ Citigroup in the M&A and ECM, Miguel Mutti joined the industry where he spent the last 15 years in various roles and geographies, including General Manager and CEO in US and Italy, Corporate Development Officer at Chemo Group (now Grupo Insud), VP Head of M&A at Grunenthal and SVP Corporate Development Head EMEA and Global Head BD Neurology at Lupin.
Miguel also serves as board advisor to biotech and medtech companies and is currently managing partner at Sin&rgetica Healthcare, an advisory firm advising clients in Corporate and Business Development activities including M&A and licensing, Debt and Equity raising, technical due diligences and commercial assessments, as well as co-investing with clients and partners in selected transactions.
